Reinassance Staff For questions or concerns that are not medically related, please contact the clinic administrator of both locations, Becky Hammett, at 704-403-7740.

Our nurses are trained to answer many of your questions concerning your child's health care. If you need to refill a prescription, want a prescription called in, or have any questions about your child's health care, please don't hesitate to call and talk to one of the nurses. If they can't help you, your problem will be relayed to one of the doctors. The doctor will not be able to talk to you immediately, but will return your call. For results of lab tests, or special evaluations, you may call the office. However, it is our policy to notify you if anything unusual or abnormal is found.

For medical emergencies requiring immediate treatment, please call 911. If you have an emergency after office hours, on a weekend, or a holiday, please contact our Kannapolis office at 704-403-7740 and listen to the after-hours message instructions.
